Nebraska Storms

Wow, did you take those pictures? Also, did Lincoln get hit? I assume I would have heard, if it had... but I'm pretty out of the loop these days, without NPR on constantly.

No, not my photography at work . . . did you hear about the boyscout camp in Iowa? 4 campers died.

There were Tornado spottings around Lincoln; The tornado moved accross Lincoln but never touched down. York and Aurora got hit, and Emerald also had some damage.

The Lincoln Tornado came first to the Air Park/Highlands area and moved accross town. Heard the radio announcer say "now at South and 27th streets", right by my house, which was a bit worriesome. In particular, I was worried about Mrs. Sparrow who was tending to her chicks in my hanging basket fusia plant on the front porch. She's OK though, and so are her children, who are now out of the nest. Although, someone else just moved into the other fusia plant, another sparrow I think so there will probably be more chicks on the way.
